Put A Coffee Ice Cube in Your Coffee to Boost your Boost

Unfortunately for some, and perhaps luckily for others, finals this year were pushed forward by a couple of weeks. Less socializing, more revising. The clicking sound of the keys pressed continuously on the keyboard has become the normality of many. So, what to do when all of our fingers get tired and no sort of inspiration seems to come? You run to Starbucks don't you? And if there isn't one close by, you probably are standing by the coffee machine at the library, chit-chatting with a peer about how amazing professor Talcott's classes are. Well don't you worry, here are some really cool ways to make your own exquisite coffee from the comfort of your own living room.

Here are three quick recipes

1."Mocha Cubes" or "Mocha on the Rocks

For this cold drink, you will need an ice cube tray. Simply pour your readymade coffee into your ice cube tray and wait until it freezes. Once the iced coffee cubes are ready, simply pour milk and top it all off with a little chocolate syrup. Contrarily to usual iced coffee drinks, the ice cubes usually water down your coffee before you're finished with it, but in this case, the coffee will slowly melt and continuously flavor your milk.

2. "Espresso Tonic"

Unlike the world's famous gin & tonic, you can still operate heavy machinery after consuming a couple espresso tonics. For this cold drink, you will need: Ice, tonic water and of course some coffee! Simply pour 6-Oz of Tonic water in a glass filled with ice cubes. Finish by pouring 2 ounces of coffee (1 espresso). Stir and enjoy. This perfect mix, will give you a perfectly cold, carbonated and caffeinated drink.

3. "Coconut Mocha"

Last but not least, here's a perfect drink for the winter. Do you like coconut milk? And do you fancy coffee? Than why not mix the both? For this quick and easy recipe you will need: Coconut milk, chocolate syrup and obviously some coffee. First, you must heat the coconut milk over a fire set on high, when the milk begins to boil place out of the fire and let it cool down. Than simply pour 1 cup of coffee in a mug, than add 1 cup of your warm coconut milk and finish with some chocolate syrup on the top.

You can always be more creative and add more stuff. If you like something, just throw it in there, it will probably turn out delicious. And if you want to try out some other sophisticated caffeinated drinks you can check out this link.
