A list of the most date-worthy restaurants in Paris.

Paris is alive with romance. From the language of love spoken all around to the glittering Eiffel Tower reflecting on the Seine at night, the city is dubbed the most romantic in the world. Any street corner is naturally picturesque enough for a date in this beautiful place, but sometimes a nice dinner for your special someone should be memorable. Here's a list with restaurants that bring just a little more to the table.

1. Hotel Costes, 239-, 241 Rue Saint Honoré 75001 Paris

The essence of chic, Hotel Costes is home to models and celebrities. While the menu is pricey, the ambiance is worth it. For desert, Kim Kardashian herself has admitted she’s flown to Paris just for their cheesecake.

2. Georges, 6th floor, Palais Beaubourg, Place Georges Pompidou, 75004 Paris

Another restaurant by the owners of Hotel Costes, the view of Paris is almost 360. The interior architecture is super modern and sexy with a sci-fi feel to it.

3. Le Stresa, 7 Rue Chambiges 75008 Paris

Created in 1951, Le Stresa is a cozy Italian restaurant in the eighth arrondissement hidden under red awnings. The vibe is intimate with red velvet galore and candle-lighting.

4. Lapérouse, 51 Quai des Grands Augustins, 75006 Paris

This romantic restaurant's building dates back hundreds of years. It's easy to see, too, as the history of Paris’ literature is frozen in time among the murals and beautiful artwork still ornamenting this old townhouse.

5. Cristal Room Baccarat, 11 Place des Etats-Unis, 75116 Paris

Feel like royalty as you dine in the former mansion of aristocrat Marie-Laure de Noailles. The restaurant is lavish and beautiful--it doesn’t get more romantic. Renowned chef Guy Martin serves plates that are both aesthetically pleasing and delicious.

6. Ferdi, 32 Rue du Mont Thabor, 75001 Paris

With a quirky decor and fun atmosphere, Ferdi is famous for their burgers, but the menu offers many different choices. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming alongside affordable prices.

7. Ralph’s, 173 Boulevard Saint-Germain 75006 Paris

Be swept away by the fairy lights and candles adorning the leafy outdoor terrace, or sit inside in the cozy new England style restaurant on comfy leather couches and dark wood paneled walls. The steak is a must, by the way.

8. Pouic Pouic, 9 Rue Lobineau, 75006 Paris

A relatively new restaurant in Saint Germain des Prés, Pouic Pouic delivers a seasonal menu with innovative plates, a great wine list, and all at a reasonable price.

9. Le Speakeasy, 25 Rue Jean Giraudoux 75016 Paris

For a more upbeat and fun atmosphere, Le Speakeasy offers a prohibition era ambiance with velvet decor and its live jazz music. They offer a delicate menu and grand champagne list. It also turns into a club after midnight.

10. Les Ombres, 27 Quai Branly, 75007 Paris

Gardens filled with boxwoods make a serene getaway from the busy streets of Paris that's perfect for you and your special someone. You can relax and spend some quality time together without all the hustle and bustle of the city.
