If you're anything like me, the winter weather often keeps you indoors. The rain, wind, and cold nights make me lose all motivation to go for a run or hit the gym, but in recent years, staying active and healthy is easily within reach, even if you can't make it to your favorite workout class. Check out these four fantastic fitness YouTubers tailored just for women.
Daisy Keech
Daisy Keech is a well-known fitness influencer and social media personality, known primarily for her workout routines, lifestyle content, and fitness tips on platforms like YouTube and Instagram. She has had a significant following since she blew up during COVID-19. Due to her dedication to fitness and ability to inspire others to lead a healthier lifestyle, her videos are still making the rounds. Keech offers a variety of workouts, including my favorite, her 20-minute Tones Legs, which consists of 13 exercises and 15 reps aimed at getting your legs to “feel the burn.” I try to do this 2 or 3 times a week and began seeing a difference after just a few times. She also offers a Lean|Arms and Abs workout and a Tight abs workout.
Chloe Ting
Chloe Ting is a popular fitness YouTuber known for her effective workout programs, fitness challenges, and motivational content. Her upbeat personality, along with her emphasis on body positivity and inclusivity, caught my attention and made me a true follower. Many people turn to Chloe Ting's videos for accessible and engaging home workout routines to help them achieve their fitness goals. I love Ting's Weight Loss Challenge, Flat Ab's Challenge, and 2024 Get Toned Challenge because they're easy to follow and make me feel amazing after each workout.
Natacha Oceane
Natacha Océane is a highly regarded fitness YouTuber and social media influencer known for her science-based approach to health and fitness. She has a background in biomedical science and teaches evidence-based workout routines. What I love about Oceane is that she gives tips on healthy eating, which I really appreciate. As they say, "abs are made in the kitchen," and her tips keep me on track. I also love that she stresses the importance of holistic wellness, mental health, and sustainability in her content, which I think everyone can appreciate. Oceane's workout routines include a 20-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout and a 30-minute Full Body Burn, but don't be fooled by the length - 20 minutes is a long time when you're doing a HIIT workout!

Pamela Reif is a prominent fitness influencer, YouTuber, and entrepreneur recognized for her fantastic workout routines and healthy lifestyle content. A friend recommended Reif's workouts to me, and they are amazing! Her exercises are effective, easy to follow, and suitable for every fitness level.
