What you want to eat when you go to Kotteri Naritake Ramen is a bowl of ramen. The Japanese chiefs in this 22-seat restaurant work their ramen daily in the kitchen. You can choose between two different stocks, one from soy sauce and one from soy paste. The ramen goes from €10 to €14 depending on what toppings you want to add. The more you add, the greasier it gets. Remind them to prepare your ramen sapori, which is the lightest ramen they have.
