Peacock Magazine: The Liberty Issue
Peacock Magazine is hosting the launch party for their newest magazine release on Thursday, December fourth, at 18:30. Hosted in the Amex, the event is set to celebrate the most recent edition of Peacock Magazine: The Liberty Issue.
Editor-in-Chief this semester, Senior, and Journalism major, Kathleen Sharp said, “I couldn't be happier with the publication and theme.” Launching into a new decade, the media team behind the magazine decided to focus on topics that represented what it means to be free in a world that is constantly redefining what that means.

There will be a variety of stories, but the primary focus will be on looking forward into the future. Together, Sharp and her Deputy Editor, Amy Rouse, have been hard at work all semester preparing the magazine. Excited to finally show their work to the rest of the student body, they hope that students can make it out to celebrate with them.
“The magazine launch party is a celebration of all the hard work the journalists in the ASM classes have done this semester.”
With finals beginning, and coming to an end for some, this is a great chance to regroup with friends and celebrate student media. Sharp “encourages students and faculty to come celebrate the launch.”
