Since Paris is one of the biggest fashion capitals in the world, Fashion week is bound to be exciting, especially for the ones who are fashion-obsessed. It is a very thrilling and fun experience to be around famous models and designers. Invites to attend most shows are very exclusive, but shows are only one out of many aspects that make Paris Fashion Week so special. The social scene is a huge part of it, so here are a few spots to check out to experience PFW like a professional! Side note: Be sure to take a look at the schedule for show times and locations - when it comes to the fashion industry, it's all about being in the right place at the right time. This upcoming Paris Fashion Week is from February 28th to March 7th and will showcase the Fall Winter 2017/18 Pret à Porter collections by the industry's best designers.

Over French food? This very chic Japanese restaurant has two locations - one near Place Vendôme and the other located near Matignon. With its très zen setting, Kunigawa offers contemporary Japanese cuisine. Top models such as Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Alessandra Ambrosio have been spotted here.

LOULOU

LOULOU is a fairly new restaurant, located at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs. LouLou's location is very unique and is at the heart of the fashion scene - just around the corner from the Musée du Louvre and Place Vendôme. The beautiful décor and sophisticated ambiance will have you feeling as fabulous as a runway model.

If you love burgers, mac and cheese, and margaritas… this is the restaurant pour vous. I have eaten here numerous times and every time I am amazed by how délicieux the food is. Ferdi takes reservations via text message (téléphone: +33 06 51 70 29 70) and they book quickly so reserve as soon as possible!

CAVIAR KASPIA

If you’re willing to drop some $$$, then Caviar Kaspia is the place for you. Caviar and champagne are the spécialités here and they only serve the crème de la crème. It has been rumored that Chanel has hosted a few cocktail parties here during fashion week.

CAFÉ DE FLORE

Cafe de Flore is classic, French café located in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, which I am sure you have heard of. I recommend sitting outside to people-watch while sipping on a café au lait.

HÔTEL COSTES

With its grand central courtyard, Hôtel Costes is a celebrity hotspot during Paris Fashion Week. Costes has a great location, chic décor and lively music. Many celebrities, fashion designers, models and other fashion influencers socialize in the courtyard for a late night soirée. You are very likely to have some very good people-watching here, any time of the day. This hotel is très cool, so book your table soon. Side tip: Use your best French skills when calling to make a reservation, they seem to be a bit snooty over the phone.

LE MONTANA

Adjacent to Café De Flore, Le Montana has a waaay different vibe. This club is a bit exclusive, but if you work your way just right, you should have no problem getting in. Celebrities such as Kate Moss and Karl Lagerfeld have been spotted here.

DAVÉ

For some of the tastiest Chinese food in Paris look no further than Davé restaurant. Since it opened in 1982, this restaurant has become famous for its authentic Chinese cuisine as well as a few Vietnamese dishes. Its red walls are covered in photos of celebrities such as Bella HadidLily Donaldson and Martha Hunt. If you’re into Chinese food, you should definitely check it out during Paris Fashion Week.

LE BRISTOL, GEORGE V, THE RITZ
A lot of celebrities, models, and fashion designers stay at these hotels. The restaurants are quite pricey, but if you want to do some celeb spotting, the bars at all of these luxurious hotels are a fun time, and great people watching as well
